Add/Append following in httpd.conf
Mutex sem
and remove existing line
Mutex default
from apache config.

Mac: Google chrome saved password not showing and not storing saved password
1. Close Google chrome
2. Go to this directory
~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome
or
cd ~/Library/Application\ Support/Google/Chrome
3. rename Default folder.
